As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a CRM Data Quality Coordinator to support our sales & marketing, client relationship management (CRM), website, and social media initiatives. We are accelerating our growth strategy, and this role will be instrumental in helping us implement key initiatives efficiently. This position will contribute to sales and marketing execution across multiple advertising channels and global markets. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and upkeep of accurate contact and account records in the CRM.
  • Perform data entry and quality checks to track and manage opportunity progression.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information, implementing corrective measures to help maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in developing and refining data entry processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall quality of data management.
  • Help define and implement new reports and tracking mechanisms to assist with the ongoing maintenance and movement of data across our systems (prospects, clients, opportunities, contracts, engagements).
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to verify and update data records, enhancing data quality through effective communication and coordination (including instruction, training).
  • Work with internal departments to ensure they have accurate data for programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication competencies, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently.

 

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
