The CAAS Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client accounting and advisory services to ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role will be the client advisor and people advisor for their team where they will drive accountability to deliver high-quality services and develop the team into high-quality professionals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client assigned CAAS team, including overseeing service delivery, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies and initiatives to meet client needs, enhance service quality, and drive operational efficiency in client accounting and advisory services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor in managing their global CAAS team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including CAAS teams, GR8 CAAS leader, HR, and finance teams, to ensure alignment of service delivery with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Accountable for and will monitor and analyze service delivery performance metrics in CAAS, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your CAAS team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, standards, and best practices in client accounting and advisory services, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in client accounting and advisory services, service delivery, operations management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing CAAS service delivery teams to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute CAAS service delivery strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Experience working in an outsourced services environment, particularly in client accounting and advisory services, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices related to client accounting and advisory services.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
