As an Accounting & Finance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in finance and accounting roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with the best talent, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

• Use a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find top talent.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand long-term hiring needs and business goals.

• Keep up to date with the latest trends in finance and accounting recruitment to provide informed recommendations to clients and candidates.

• Maintain recruitment data and provide regular updates to the team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent and focused recruitment experience in finance and accounting.

• 2-5 years total Recruitment experience

• Proven ability to successfully recruit for finance and accounting roles at various levels.

• US Client Management experience

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting terminology, job functions, and qualifications.

• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to source candidates.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Knowledge of the Philippine job market is a plus.

 

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace

• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
