The Data Analytics Consultant is responsible for analyzing client data to identify recommendations for improving the client’s business operations. Will be responsible for internal and external client training,
support, and guidance for users experiencing technical issues related to software.

• Analyze client information to identify business issues/problems, perform reporting/analysis, and create dashboards to identify potential solutions.
• Design, create, and test dashboards using appropriate software.
• Prepare results using data analytic software (PowerBI or similar software)
• Create links between multiple data sources to assist with real-time reporting.
• Conducts research studies by collecting data from various sources, analyzing, trending, and presenting the findings and recommendations.
• Provide training, technical support and guidance to client requests for software assistance.
• Assists with project planning, organizing, prioritizing of tasks, and reporting business implications of planned solutions.
• Assists other team members with sales, marketing and miscellaneous assignments as required.
• Obtains and maintains business software certification for products as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
• Two or more years of working experience with Data Analytics tools like Power BI, and Tableau.
• 1 or more years of IT experience in a similar practice or function
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Experience with Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Certification in any of the Data Analytics tools is a plus.Experience with software implementation is a plus
