The Social Media Manager will support our team by creating branded marketing materials, managing listing-related graphics, and helping repurpose raw video content for social media. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms while helping us show up with polish and personality.
● Design listing marketing materials (just listed, just sold, under contract, price reductions, etc.)
● Create and edit flyers, postcards, and open house signage using Canva (or Adobe, if preferred)
● Take raw video files and edit them into short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook/IG stories)
● Add captions, transitions, music, and branding to video content
● Use AI to create posts with engaging hooks
● Schedule or organize content for social media platforms
● Maintain branding consistency across all materials
● Organize and archive media files and templates for easy access
● Occasionally assist with light CRM data entry or newsletter formatting if needed
Expectations
● Turn around standard listing graphics within 24–48 hours
● Deliver video edits within 2–3 business days of receiving raw content
● Maintain consistent organization of files and folders
● Communicate availability and deadlines clearly
● Strong graphic design skills with experience in Canva
● Experience editing vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
● Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices
● Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
● Strong written communication skills and ability to match our team’s tone and style
● Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
● Stable internet connection and ability to communicate via email, Trello, and Zoom
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice)
● Familiarity with U.S. real estate marketing templates and terminology
● Experience using content scheduling tools
● Comfort with basic CRM or email marketing platforms
WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
