We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and communication skills to streamline business operations across various departments.

• Develop end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), incorporating triggers, conditions, loops, and expressions.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and map current processes for automation opportunities.
• Integrate systems such as Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms, Planner), SharePoint, and OneDrive to support automated solutions.
• Leverage Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to support data-driven and integrated workflows.
• Build dynamic logic using JSON, expressions, and APIs for advanced flow control and data handling.
• Connect to external systems using REST APIs, HTTP connectors, and optionally utilize Azure Logic Apps for enterprise-level scenarios.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement areas, and optimize for performance and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for each automation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT and business stakeholders

• 3-5 years of experience as a Programmer/RPA Developer
• Proficient in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) with experience designing complex flows
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Strong understanding of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Services
• Experience with JSON, expressions, REST APIs, and HTTP-based integrations
• Skilled in process mapping, workflow analysis, and data modeling
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, with clear and organized documentation skills
• Exposure to Azure Logic Apps is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Servers
