We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resource Management Associate to support the day-to-day operations of resource planning and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience in scheduling, reporting, and administrative support in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

 

    • Assist in scheduling and allocating resources across projects based on availability, skill set, and business requirements
    • Maintain and update resource rosters, availability trackers, and utilization reports.
    • Generate and analyse weekly and monthly reports on resource utilization, capacity, and productivity
    • Collaborate with team leads and project managers to gather resource requirements and provide staffing updates
    • Track and maintain accurate data in internal systems/tools (e.g., timesheets, schedules, dashboards)
    • Support escalation of resource conflicts and assist in reallocation or backup planning
    • Participate in regular RM meetings and document key decisions and actions
    • Ensure compliance with internal resource management processes and SLAs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in resource management, scheduling, operations, or workforce planning
  • Proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts), Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with project management or RM tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, SAP, or internal tools) is a plus

Preferred:

  • Prior experience supporting operations across multiple regions or time zone
  • Exposure to reporting dashboards or data visualization tools is an added advantage.

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace

• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
