The AP Analyst will work within the Finance department reporting to the Accounting Supervisor and is primarily responsible for processing Accounts Payable transactions timely and accurately. This role will also work closely with our Accounting Specialists and help to support the needs of the firm and clients.

• Enter invoices into the BILL software with the appropriate general ledger account, department and location coding
• Obtain W-8 and W-9 forms from all new vendors
• Reconcile contractor time to invoices and prepare calculations to allocate across departments
• Prepare invoice allocations for client billable disbursements and enter into a billing software
• Compile and organize receipt backup and select general ledger account, department and location for corporate credit card transactions
• Reconcile credit card transactions to the monthly statement
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Must have exceptional organizational skills
• Must be very detail oriented
• Understanding of basic accounting and general ledger account structures
• Knowledgeable in the BILL software platform (formerly Bill.com)
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with IRIS Practice Engine is preferred but not required
