This position will support a variety of clients by managing day-to-day accounting
operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal
candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client
environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable process for multiple clients — including invoice
coding, entry, approval workflows, and payments.
• Maintain vendor records, verify W-9s, and assist with 1099 preparation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with posting of bank and credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and client managers to improve efficiency and
workflow processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to accounts payable and general ledger
accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Bill.com,
and Corpay (or similar).
• Must be proficient with all Excel functions. Pivot tables, VLookups, etc
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and client service.

 

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps

• Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace

• Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
