The position will be executing financial diligence project work. You'll be focused on analyzing financial data and identifying key trends behind the performance of a business, and helping to write reports that communicate our findings and recommendations around the key financial and business issues in a transaction. Skills and include:

• Execution of financial due diligence engagements.
• Determine true EBITDA.
• Provide balance sheet and working capital insight.
• Analyze financial and operational results of businesses for acquisitions and divestitures.   
• Researching industry trends and technologies to provide knowledge and insight to clients.

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of related work experience
• CPA certificate with Public accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Established networking skills and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
