The CRM Data Quality Specialist is essential to our business development initiatives by ensuring data integrity and accuracy across our CRM systems. This role focuses on validating newly closed opportunities, maintaining proper object associations, managing data quality standards, and partnering with team members to keep records current and actionable. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in CRM systems and Excel, with experience in sales operations or go-to-market functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Validate and audit all opportunities to ensure all data is complete, accurate, and properly structured in the CRM
Ensure all CRM objects (contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities) are correctly associated and relationships are properly maintained
Proactively reach out to team members to update and validate records, ensuring data accuracy across the pipeline and closed/won opportunities
Perform regular data quality audits to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information, implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity
Export and analyze data from CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring cleanup or improvement
Support the creation and maintenance of accurate contact and account records across internal systems and applications
Assist in developing and refining data entry processes and standards to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall data quality
Collaborate with internal teams to establish and enforce data governance best practices
Generate reports and documentation on data quality metrics and improvement initiatives
Provide training and guidance to team members on proper data entry procedures and CRM best practices
