The CRM Support Admin provides general support and administrative assistance for our CRM systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. This role focuses on troubleshooting user issues, managing access and permissions, performing data entry and cleanup tasks, and supporting various operational projects. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient with CRM tools, Excel, and have strong problem-solving abilities to support our sales and marketing teams effectively.
