The CRM Support Admin provides general support and administrative assistance for our CRM systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. This role focuses on troubleshooting user issues, managing access and permissions, performing data entry and cleanup tasks, and supporting various operational projects. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient with CRM tools, Excel, and have strong problem-solving abilities to support our sales and marketing teams effectively.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM user issues including login problems, system errors, and functionality questions
  • Manage user access requests, permissions assignments, and security settings within CRM platforms
  • Provide timely technical support to sales and marketing team members via email, chat, or video calls
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems
  • Conduct data cleanup projects to remove duplicates, update outdated records, and standardize data formats
  • Export data and generate reports as needed to support business operations and decision-making
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by leadership
  • Document common issues and create user guides or training materials to improve team self-sufficiency
  • Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to appropriate IT resources when necessary
  • Support onboarding of new users by setting up accounts and providing basic CRM training
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM systems meet user needs and business requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information accessed through CRM systems

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Strong MS excel skills including data manipulation, formatting, and basic formulas
  • Technical troubleshooting abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and technical tools
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with resourcefulness in finding solutions
  • Understanding of user access management and permissions concepts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Patience and professionalism when assisting users with varying technical skill levels

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot certifications preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred)
  • Experience in technical support, operations, or administrative roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication competencies, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
