The CAAS Manager in Client Accounting and Advisory Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's client accounting and advisory engagements, providing leadership, guidance, and expertise to a team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the firm's client accounting and advisory engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services in compliance with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as an ambassador for GR8 Global and your team.
  • Analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their financial performance and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client engagements.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and ensure compliance in client engagements.
  • Support business development efforts to drive growth and expand service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong technical expertise in US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and practices, with advanced proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
