Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Site Manager will sever as a vital link between our Philippines associates and U.S.-based leaders and support functions, ensuring seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and alignment with firm values and objectives. By providing strategic administrative and operational leadership, coordinating resources, and championing communication across geographic boundaries, you will help create an environment where associates are supported, empowered, and positioned for success.

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Function as operational administrator for the Philippines Region, leading the implementation of company-wide operational goals and special projects.
  • Review, develop, and ensure implementation of process improvements that contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of the Firm
  • Review strategic plans and objectives and provide recommendations for office staffing and facilities to meet future needs.
  • Review physical office facility and equipment arrangements, contracts, and service providers.
  • Responsible for the effective use of space and resources in each office within the Philippines.
  • Maintain quality administrative services by enforcing firm service standards and resolving issues.
  • Oversee regional professional support associates and provide recommendations for office staffing.
  • Preparation and oversight of the operating and capital budgets.
  • Manage regional Finance policies, practices, and procedures including timekeeping & expense activities
  • Track the Philippine's budget performance and regional metrics; investigate and report on variances from plans.
  • Weekly report generation targeting key operational areas; for distribution and analysis by firm-wide leaders.
  • Assist with new office locations, relocations, remodels, and closures.
  • Help to maintain a safe, secure, and legal working environment.

Qualifications

Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business Administration or related degree
  • 7-10+ years in office administration or related roles. Experience supporting associates in a multi-national environment is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of all applicable software, including Microsoft Office Suite, to prepare correspondence and reports; create tables, charts, and presentations; and display information effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Articulate and professional speech and writing; communicate in a clear, fact-based manner
  • Strong understanding of business management with the ability to handle communications in a discreet, professional, and confidential manner.
  • Is proactive and displays self-direction and team leadership capablities.
  • Ability to adhere to project budgets, timelines, and firm expectations.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate exemplary level of ethical behavior in accordance with professional standards.
  • Demonstrate professional image, maturity, self-confidence, and a positive attitude.
